Merchandiser


JOB MISSION
To ensure that all purchased products can be delivered to the stores on time and according to all quality and fitting standards.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Buy
Prepare background data for buying: sales, product-mix, customer profile, size systems
Follow-up on purchase cancellations or revision
2.Stock
Prepare stock book for each season’s total collection
Code all goods
Follow up cancellations or late delivery of goods
Receive and check stocks on delivery, handle stocks in stores or for in display as appropriate

3．Product
Report successful styles, good colours, positive reaction to merchandise
Prepare merchandise transfers for direct shops and wholesale partners locations with correct documentation
4.Reports
Prepare all kind of sell through reports of direct shops and sub franchisees for internal use and SFI/FHK
Prepare best/worst sellers reports
5.Others
Any other duties/matters which may be assigned from time to time

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree with a minimum of 2 years merchandising experience in retail fashion industry.
Good fashion sense and eye for details, luxury brand experience a plus.
Strong analytical & computer skills (MS Office) required.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
Highly organized & proactive with strong ownership & passion for the brand.
Dynamic with communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good team-working spirit, can work independently
