岗位职责:

The Group "MOET HENNESSY" (wine & spirits brand of LVMH) is looking for an intern (based in China). This role will be part of the Internet task force (Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Departments of Moet Hennessy).
The candidate will report to a senior counsel (located in Europe) & a brand protection manager located in China (Beijing).

Main tasks :
- Identify, analyze & act against online counterfeiters & infringers of Moet Hennessy's intellectual Property rights
- Manage online enforcement by corresponding with e-commerce platforms, social media websites, domain names registrars and third party service providers.
- Take actions against websites, social media sites or auction websites offering for sale counterfeit MH products.
- Point of contact with chinese ecommerce platforms
- Liaise with the local Digital Department to protect and defend IP rights of the group online (including domain names)

Duration : 6 months.

任职资格:

- Excellent communication skills - capable of interacting with a multi-location organization (Paris & London head offices - MHD China in Shanghai - MHD Singapore).
- Fluent in English & Chinese (mandarin).
- A minimum of master degree or equivalent is required. Legal studies are not mandatory but the candidate shall understand the Intellectual Property aspects (trademarks & copyright).
- Strong familiarities with Internet, social medias, auction websites, apps & computer systems are required.
