Responsibilities
Be responsible for the technical support of Smart Card projects(Telecom and Banking), from order to delivery.
Technical pre-sales, support and assist to sales team
Efficient Communication with customer technical team to confirm the technical requirement and prepare FRS for R&D.
Production Testing with customer on site, internal communication with R&D to solve technical issue in projects.
Being the technical interface to Customer Service team and Manufactory, to have smooth delivery of projects.
Qualifications
Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+years of Smart Card industry experience, SIM/USIM experience is required.
Experience with code development(C, C++, Java)
Experience with project management
Strong trouble shooting ability to solve critical technical issues
A good team player with excellent communication skills
Good oral and written English is preferred
