职位描述
1. 制定并完善呼叫中心全体员工培训体系,并在实施过程中不断提高员工服务意识和专业化水平。
Establish and improve the training system of call center, continuously improve staff consciousness of service and staff professionalism in the process of practice.
2. 完善呼叫中心新进员工以及在职员工的培训,并参与具体培训工作。
Improve the training system of new employees and in-service staff, also, participate in the training.
3. 定期开展各类专业研讨会及心理辅导会,对员工进行合理地疏导,提高员工的工作积极性。
Carry out regular professional seminars and counseling sessions to release pressure for employee which help to increase their motivation.
4. 参与客服中心人员工作流程的梳理及服务话术的规范。
Participate in sorting out the working process for employee, regulating the standard the way of communication with customers in the process of service.
5. 对培训的输出结果进行后续监督,不断完善和改进培训机制。
Monitor the result of training, continuously improve the training mechanism.
6. 整理客户满意度回访及客户报表,分析其中出现的潜在问题,并针对潜在问题制定培训方案。
Sort out and analyse the report of customer satisfaction, detect the potential problems, and make the training plan.
7. 维护呼叫中心内部的业务信息网,上传内部培训记录和各合同操作细则。
Maintain the inside information web of Call Center, upload the internal training material and contract form.
8. 完成上级交代的其他任务。
Finish other tasks arranged by superior leader.
任职要求:
1.大专以上学历,一年及以上管理工作经验优先。
College degree and above; 1 year and above working experience about management is preferred.
2.良好地中英文听、说、读、写能力。
Good reading and writing skill in English.
3.熟练使用Office软件:Word、Excel、PPT、Visio。
Excellent in using the software of Microsoft Office. eg: Word, Excel, PPT, Visio.
4.汽车/人力资源管理/心理学专业毕业者优先。
Major in Auto, human resource management or psychology is preferred.
5.有亲和力,擅长人际沟通,善于协调员工与管理者之间的关系。
Excellent communication skill and good at coordination of the relationship between employees and managers.
