职位描述
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责：
1.服从部门主管的工作指令和安排，完成指定工作任务
2.按有关规定和安全操作程序，负责中央空调系统、制冷设备、压缩空气系统、蒸汽系统等公共设施系统相关设备的操作、维修保养、日常运行管理，确保暖通系统相关设备安全正常运行
3.设备运行过程中发生问题，有责任采取有效的控制措施，确保设备、人员安全和损失降到最低。如发现不明事项，应立即报告直接主管，以预防和采取相应措施
4.在确保设备正常运行下，有责任降低和节省公司财物
5.按公司要求，负责当班期间公共设施系统相关设备运行的数据记录及交接班工作
6.遵守和执行公司有关规章制度及管理文件
7.上级安排的其他任务
QUALIFICATIONS任职资格：
1.高中或中技以上学历
2.至少三年以上从事大型中央空调、制冷设备、空压机及相关暖通设备操作和维修保养的工作经验
3.具备空调相关专业知识，并掌握一定的电气知识
4.具有较强的工作责任心
5.家住闵行经济技术开发区附近为优，能适应翻班
PREFERENCE优先选择：
-具有从事过大型企业（食品、电子、医药等）的工作经验
-熟练使用AutoCAD、熟练使用Word、Excel
-有电焊、风焊证书
