2.负责制定中央空调系统、制冷设备、压缩空气系统等暖通系统相关设备的安全操作规程，对暖通设备操作人员和新录用有关人员进行岗位技术、安全操作规程及职业道德教育的培训和考核

3.负责暖通系统异常故障分析并处理，保障暖通系统安全可靠运行

4.协助暖通主管对暖通设备进行技术改造，提高设备运行的可靠性，降低设备维修成本和运行费用

5.负责暖通系统的规划和相关工程的设计、安装调试和竣工验收
