Position summary:

The Production Supervisor will Communicate and coordinate with planning Dept. and Material manager in order to handle the production demand and directly manage the production planning and so work out weekly scheduling

The main responsibilities include timing fulfilment of the production plan while handling an efficient use of material, equipment and human resources.

Provide leadership to meet the manufacturing goals and objectives established for the facility.

Responsible for the production related data collection and analysis.

Principal responsibilities:

- Managing the production plan and development of a schedule for the production process, focusing on the different production cells so the goods can be delivered on time and in accordance to the plan

- Ensure to achieve production target by coordinate and control effectively production activity

- Making labour demand plan optimising the production efficiency

- Maintain discipline and quality of work by all staff in adherence to company policies and safety standard

- Coordinate with relative Dept. (purchase, warehouse, QC, engineering) and ensure to fulfil the production plan smoothly

- Inform and support if there is a problem in the production process that can causes delay delivery

- To maintain the production data and analyse production information to improve production controlling level and prepare production reports

- Leads in the identification of quality, process, workflow, and personnel problems and works to resolve these quickly according to company policy, practice, and guidelines

- Supervises team members’ performance and discipline issues in a timely manner. Communicates expectations and behavior changes required in these cases. Follows up with each team member on his progress against these expectations.

Qualifications:

- Technical degree or equivalent education

- 3 years experience in production planning and supervision

- Computer skills: must be proficient in MS Office (knowledge of SAP could constitute advantage)

- Work experience in ISO certified company would be desirable

- Experience in food or pharmaceutical would constitute an advantage

- Leadership, organization and planning ability; Problem solving; good communication ability for developing and motivating the subordinates

- Flexible and keen to work in the rapidly changing environment of a start-up company.
