PM (Windows slate)


Do you want to join Microsoft and work on the latest Windows devices? Do you want to impact hundreds of millions of Windows customers together with Windows ecosystem partners? Windows Partner Engagement Team in China is looking for a passionate and experienced program manager. Your mission is to enable China Windows Ecosystem (mainly in Shenzhen) to build and release the latest Windows devices for China and global customers. You will be responsible for leading the engineering engagement with ODM, OEM, IDH and silicon partners for building Windows Devices. At the same time, drive the collaborative engineering between Microsoft and the partners (e.g. Intel) to deliver Reference Design platform for expanding and accelerating the Windows devices shipments and scale. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Program Manager with a solid background of Intel platform, PC/Slates and manufactory industry experiences, understanding complex systems involving multiple partners, creating a vision to drive mutual success and working hard to actually deliver against that vision.

Requirements:
? Be familiar with Windows slate or Shanghai Android slate ecosystem
? Good knowledge on Intel platform and Windows platform
? Having engineering or product support background, with at least 3 years as a program manager.
? Demonstrated track record of defining a technology/product vision, building partner commitment around it and successfully delivering on time.
? Strong cross-group communication and collaboration skills with internal and external partners
? Good English communication
? Required: BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

Additional information:

1. Very Strong PM experiences, including :
a) Very good English communication skill : both Oral and writing ;
b) >3 years Program management experiences ;

2. Solid experiences on Smartphone or Mobile Silicon platform:
a) Not need to limited in WP platform;
b) Have real experiences on Smartphone , Slate development;
c) Good knowledge on Slate or Smartphone Ecosystem in Shanghai or China;
