Overall Purpose of Job:

- First task: Assistant the sales force in term of the quotation and order processing for non-project product.

- Second task: Calculating the price from the supplier according to the company specified method.

- Third task: provision of assistant to Internal Support Unit on routine operation.

Main Tasks:

- To respond customers the non-project product enquiry and proceed to the person concerned for assistance.

- To follow up and communicate with the suppliers for FPV product (no-project) enquiries.

- To calculate cost prices and sales prices of non-standard as well as out-of-price list material

- Quote no-project products in CRM according to sales and direct customer’s request on time.

- To help maintaining the no-project material master data together with DC Master Data Team from ISU side.

- To assistant sales and CSU processing the normal order and check the price level.

- To prepare the relevant documentary to assist sales force.

- To distribute telephone to relevant person

- To manage the documentation file.

- Other tasks as ISU leader assigned.

Education and Training

- Diploma or degree holder in hydraulic machinery, electric machines, power electronics or control field
- Good command in oral and written Chinese and English
- Fluent in Mandarin

Experiences

- Experienced with pumps or control panels maintenance or consultancy or sales works, will be an advantage
