MAIN DUTIES：
?Execute Market Activation Efforts , including Running events, running groups, running consultants
?Ensure the development, implementation and coordination of sports events
?Identify, form and maintain Team NB in China
?Establishing and maintaining professional running consultant image
?Assist Manager to Build partnerships with key stakeholders (vendors, 3rd parties, government organizations, corporate companies etc.)
?Keep relationship with key TM NB athletes & protect them from other competitors
?Perform all other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS：
?Bachelor degree in marketing or business related discipline
?2-3+ years’ experience in Sports Marketing or Events Planning or related field
?Strong skills in strategic thinking, marketing concept map and calendar planning
?Strong presentation and communication skills
?Active in sports with participation and involvement in running
?Highly organized; able to multi-tasking and attention to detail
?A team player with great interpersonality
