- Execute inspection and expediting on supplier site as quality expert 作为质量专家在供应商现场进行质检及催交

- Check and monitor supplier quality in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications 依据公司质量保证方针和客户规范要求检查和监控分包商质量

- Expedite, keep track and report on progress/milestones as per Purchase Order scheduled dates按照每个订单的交期要求进行跟踪、汇报和催交

- Workshop inspection of steel fabrication, welding, machining, dimensions and assembly etc. 钢结构制造、焊接、机加工、尺寸及装配的工厂检验

- Checking and discussing inspection and test plan's with fabricators 与制造商一起讨论和检查制作检验试验方案

- Conducting pre-inspection meeting in supplier before fabrication在供应商开始制造前举行预检会议

- Reviewing WPS&PQR, welder certificates and materials certificates 审查WPS、PQR文件、焊工资质和材料质保书文件

- Review of normal NDE reports like RT, UT, PT, MT etc. 审查常规NDE报告，如RT、UT、PT、MT等

- Witness key activities in suppliers as in daily inspection application and ITP 在供应商处完成关键点见证、日常检验和检验计划

- Review and coordinate DR and TQ handling in suppliers 审查并协助分包商进行DR和TQ的处理

- Identify potential problems in deliveries as early as possible and propose corrective actions 尽早识别交货中的潜在问题并建议解决方案

- Compile and review of manufacturer's data report收集、审查供应商制作的质量报告

- Expedite delivery of vendor data and documentation requirements according to Document Schedule根据文件交付时间表，催办供货商递交生产数据报告和所需文件

- Liaison between supplier, project manager and procurement team on quality and delivery issues 与供应商、项目经理和采购团队合作沟通并解决过程中的质量和交货问题

- Prior to shipment, ensure Punch List and/or Non conformances are closed 在装货前，确保整改工作清单/不符合项已关闭

- Signatory on Outotec inspection and test plans 在奥图泰的质检计划上签字

- Monitoring supplier quality during fabrication 在制造阶段监控供应商质量

- Instructing suppliers for continues improvements 指导供应商持续改进
