职位描述
岗位职责：
1、开拓美容市场,发展新客户, 完成公司制定的区域销售目标；
2、制定具体的业务拓展计划和销售计划，并按此计划执行；
3、保证销售回款、客户关系维护等各项目标的达成；
4、收集市场状况和竞争对手状况等信息，根据分析结果向直属上级提出销售规划建议。
5、团队的建立及销售渠道的完善
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，市场营销等其它相关专业；
2.熟悉快消行业并有二年以上屈臣氏、万宁等大型超市渠道开拓经验；
3.熟悉美容、健身等产品并有一定行业内资源；
4.具备良好的产品销售与推广技巧，熟悉门店管理以及客户谈判者优先，确保销售业绩提升；
5.具有较强的沟通能力与人际交往技巧，以客户与结果导向，积极主动，较高的成功愿望。
6.责任心强，较好的团队协作精神，认可企业、管理文化，能承受一定的工作压力。
