职位描述

General Profile: Product Sales position supporting Automation Products Group (APG), the factory automation software unit within Applied Global Services (AGS). Provides leadership to managers and professional staff. Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple sites or related teams. Develops business unit, department or sub-function plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities. Decisions are guided by resource availability and segment/functional objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1.Manage the activities of product sales professionals to achieve the sales objectives for a strategic account and/or a group of accounts within assigned territory(ies).
2.May have accountability for planning, executing and submitting the Annual Sales Business Plan within the account under his/her scope of control.
3.Plans, coordinates, prepares presentations, and conducts periodic account status reviews with the account/regional sales leader as appropriate. May oversees strategic account plans and objective planning for both account-specific plans and product-specific plans
4.Manages sales objectives, submission of calculations, supporting data and reviews quarterly data with account sales leader for their approvals.
5.Ensures effective management of the department’s human resources, including staffing, performance management and evaluation, career guidance, compensation and other human resource issues.
6.Represents Applied Materials’ interests in customer negotiations; conducts follow-up on accounts receivable resulting from sales.

Position requires understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards at all times. This includes demonstrating the highest level of ethical conduct reflecting Applied Materials' core values.
Education: Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred

Experience:
?10 to 15 years relevant sales experience; 5+ years sales management experience
?Experienced working in and with large multi-national companies
?Experienced in selling IT products and/or services to advanced manufacturing companies in electronics and other related industries; semiconductor or flat panel display experience preferred
?Must be proficient in English
?Enterprise software sales experience highly desired
