Job Description:
职位描述:
- Prepare monthly HQ and internal reports & analysis on actual vs. budget/FC/PY, write monthly comments for financial reports.

- Prepare yearly budget and rolling forecast.

- Analyze sales and gross margin by region, product segment, sales channel and brands.

- Implement marketing cost controlling, maintain and give training on marketing cost application templates

- Responsible for P&L for sales offices and profitability analysis for shops, cities.

- Responsible for monthly cost center costs actual vs. budget for Sales & Admin areas.

- Review discount of retail channels.


Qualification and Requirements

1. Education Degree
学历
a. Bachelor Degree or above
本科或以上学历
2. Specialized knowledge
专业知识
a. Accounting Qualification Permission
持有会计上岗资格证书
b. Solid knowledge in management accounting, financial reporting and budgeting
熟悉管理会计，财务报表和预算的编制
c. Understand international accounting principles
了解国际会计准则
d. Excellent oral & written communication skill both in Mandarin & English
良好的中英文交流能力
e. PC literacy, including Word, Excel etc.
电脑运用熟练
f. ERP experience is a must
具有ERP操作经验
3. Working experience
工作经历
a. 5+ years related working experience in multinational company
5年以上跨国企业的相关经历
b. Manufacturing experience in a plus
有制造型企业工作经历为佳
