Job Description:
职位描述:
1． Coordinate the material master data application process and responsible for creation of material master data in SAP.
协调物料主数据的申请流程，负责SAP物料主数据的维护。
2． Responsible for cost calculation and profit analysis for price offer to customers.
负责对产品报价提供利润测算。
3． Coordinate all business departments to set up procedure for new products and follow up the process of all material master data application during the product development.
及时协调各部门对于新开发的物料建立流程并紧密跟踪新产品开发过程中物料主数据的维护。
4． Responsible for the standard costing in SAP and product cost control actual vs. standard including material and manufacturing cost control, analyze on variances.
负责建立SAP标准成本及产品成本控制，对实际和标准成本差异进行分析，包括原材料和生产成本的差异分析。
5． Participate SAP projects as CO key user and responsible for optimizing CO module.
SAP CO模块的关键用户，负责SAP CO模块的管理和优化。
6． Give proposal on optimizing business/system workflow/procedures within the given resources.
对优化实际业务流程和系统流程提出建议。
7． Manage the team members for daily department jobs including training, coaching and assessment. Lead team members to reach agreed targets.
领导整个团队的工作包括培训，制定目标及评估。

Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
1. Education Degree
学历
a. Bachelor Degree or above
本科或以上学历
2. Specialized knowledge
专业知识
a. Accounting Qualification Permission
持有会计上岗资格证书
b. CPA/ACCA qualification or processing
注册会计师/国际特许会计师资格或在读
c. Solid knowledge in cost accounting
熟悉成本会计
d. Understand international accounting principles
了解国际会计准则
e. Excellent oral & written communication skill both in Mandarin & English
良好的中英文交流能力
f. PC literacy, including Word, Excel etc.
电脑运用熟练
g. ERP experience is a must
具有ERP操作经验
3. Working experience
工作经历
a. 5+ years related working experience
5年以上相关经历
b. Manufacturing experience in a plus
有制造型企业工作经历为佳
