Job Description:
职位描述:

- Work at Kaytune side as a delegate from Zwilling. In charge of customer service , CRM and e-commerce channels
- Support deputy customer service manager for daily customer service operation
- Handle multi-channel (website, E-mail, Weibo etc.) customer feedback or complaints
- Monitor and coach Kaytune CSR’s performance by phone monitoring, escalation complaint check, QA and training etc. to insure high service level
- Act as a bridge between Kaytune and Zwilling, collect and feedback voice from market and customer

Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
- College or above education level
- 3 years or above experiences in customer service area, familiar with outsourcing industry, onsite support team management experience is preferred
- Excellent communication & coordination skills, team orientated and hard working
- Strong problem solving and multi-task management skills
- Familiar with office software
- Proactive and can work under pressure
- Basic English skills is needed
