岗位职责：

1、通过在线交流和电话外呼等方式收集潜在客户信息

2、通过远程方式了解客户需求，挖掘潜在商机并录入问卷到公司CRM系统

3、配合公司业务，进行数据清洗，市场活动邀约，市场调研等工作；

4、针对老客户进行客户关怀，提高客户满意度，并做深层探索和商机挖掘工作；

任职要求：

1、中专及以上学历，专业不限，有无销售经验均可，欢迎应届毕业生应聘；

2、普通话流利，亲和力强，善于沟通，责任心强；

3、能熟练操作电脑；

4、具备良好的客户沟通技巧、良好的心态、积极的进取心及团队合作精神；

5、有售前咨询工作经验者优先，待遇从优。
