Description 职位描述
After an intensive training period in China and EU, you will be part of our IT project team in Shanghai and participate in the implementation and operation of our customer systems in China and worldwide.

Responsibilities工作职责
? Put in operation of automation warehouse IT systems (Onsite and remotely)
? Application of customization and configuration of automation warehouse IT systems according to project specification
? Execute internal tests and tests with customer for handover of the entire warehouse system
? Analyze and document test results, find a solution either locally or in close cooperation with oversea teams
? Partial development of customer-specific extensions
? Assistance and training of customer during ramp up and handover
? Provide customer service after warehouse handover, including 1st/2nd level support, Change Management, Test Management
? Actively contribute to the internal team growth

Qualifications: 任职资格
？ Fluent mandarin
？ Fluent English
？ Solution oriented, independent and structured working style
？ Team player and ability to work in cross-cultural environment
？ Good communication skills
？ Customer oriented with strong sense of responsibility
？ Technical training in the field of IT, automation technology or similar
？ Competence in material flow systems of complex automated intralogistic systems
？ Deep insight in SAP EWM and non-SAP material flow control systems (MFS)
？ Java or C++
？ Database skills especially Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL)
？ Well known usage of Eclipse, SQLDeveloper, CVS, FTP
？ Experience with Linux and Unix systems
？ 2-5 years work experience
？ Great willingness to travel within China and partially internationally
