Title: Snr Business Analyst
Report Line: Sales Ops. &Analytics Manager

Responsibility
1. Extract and analyst data to drive insights and actions to support key business units;
2. Develop a detailed understanding of the data model and be able to effectively extract data to perform analytics (including modeling/forecasting from historical);
3. Proactively identify recurring data needs and implement reporting and scorecards;
4. Establish strong relationships with local Sales, Finance and Marketing teams, and with data warehouse and analytics teams in the Asia Pacific;
5. Work autonomously to develop insights and present findings in a structured way to drive business results; and Provide process improvements and project management support for key initiatives.

Requirements
1. 2-4 years’ experience in Data ware house or Business Intelligence role;
2. Bachelor's degree, with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study;
3. Strong SQL skills – Ability to manipulate and extract data from large/complex databases. Strong Excel skills – Ability to automate and design reporting with clear/insightful graphs and charts;
4. Strong oral and written English skills;
5. Ability to develop strong relationships with internal clients; and
6. Desirable skills (not required)– Salesforce.com, SaaS, Tableaux, Teradata, MicroStrategy.
