To work closely with end-users to establish understanding of users needs and the overall business requirement of specific projects;

To translate the user and business requirements by analysing resources, requirements, and feasibility into user specifications and project plans for managing the project;

To program new applications or modify current applications in accordance to user requirement;

To work with end-users and programmers to write, manage and co-ordinate the user acceptance testing of new or modified programs;

To work with the user departments and various ITS operations groups in the scheduling of the installation, execution and maintenance of new or modified programs or systems processes.
