Job Title: Digital Communication Specialist - IT
Reports to: Sr. Manager -IT Infrastructure & Security

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for overall digital communication of IT brand across Asia Pacific region. Promote engagement with KOHLER business by driving effective communication between IT and business users through all defined digital communication channels (WeChat, Intranet, SharePoint etc.).

Reporting to Sr. Manager – IT infrastructure & security, the specialist should support to develop advanced digital communication content and optimize digital communication channels. Based on solid marketing knowledge and understanding of KOHER IT, provide initiative ideas for end user communication campaign, website graphic design/copywriting, and keep closely interaction with target audience via social network.

As part of these responsibilities, this position will:
? Responsible for IT WeChat /Intranet website management and current platform maintenance.
? Provide initiative ideas for end user communication campaign and WeChat operation.
? Support copywriting / content development used or Intranet/IT WeChat/Email campaign in both Chinese and English
? Support graphic design for all material used by IT department.
? Provide initiative ideas for end user communication campaign and WeChat operation.
? Explore user experience, analysis audiences’ activities, and digital market trends. Evaluate and initiate impactful campaign.
? Document translation English to Chinese, Chinese to English
? Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

? Above 1 years experience and track record in digital marketing.
? University degree in Journalism, advertising or marketing,
? Strong writing and verbal skills in both Chinese and English skills are a must
? Self-motivated, high level of energy, strong sense of ownership, and passion for excellence
? Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
? Ability to work as both project owner and a team member; strong teamwork
? Innovative, creative, problem-solver, reliable and honest
? Mature, and being able to deal with confidential information
