Duties and Responsibilities:
-Facility & equipment maintenance and management
-Office Cleaning & Environment maintenance
-Office Supplies (including Pantry)
-Involve staff convention, event, activities' logistics arrangement
-Organize small scale activities independently under Manager's supervision.
-Staff's visa application
-Mobile usage
-Supervise drivers' expense.
-Liaison with building management office.
-Supervise Receptionist and Cleaners' daily work.
-Other admin related work.
Qualifications:
-College degree or above
-Fluent oral and written English, CET 6 is preferred
-3 - 5 years working experiences, and at least 2 years admin related working experiences at MNC.
-Skilled with MS Office Software
-Proactive, hard-working, service-oriented
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Responsible, detailed, cautious
-Good time management
