职位描述
JOB Responsibility:
? To be responsible for increasing sales revenue, profitability and market share of Stulz’s CRAC ( presicion air-condition ) products and solutions, as well as Stulz branding image and Stulz customer awareness in Telecom market place nationwide.
? As the assigned account own, to manage and hold overall responsibility to develop and implement account strategy and metrics account plan, define and qualify new business opportunities, provide timely and quality long range projects plan forecasts (short term and long term).
? To be responsible for winning of annual registration of Stulz products and solutions into the assignedaccounts - HQ centralization purchasing bidding. Leadership of bid cycle management, bid winning strategy, quotation, technical proposal preparation and readiness, and commercial contract negotiation.
? To establish and maintainstrategic value based customer relationship with the key decision makers cross multiple business units in the assignedaccounts.
? To develop win-win alliance partnership with Channel agents and work together to achieve win-win sales objectives in the assigned accounts.
? Responsible for collection of the competitors and market information as well as the customer profile database.
? To collaborate and work closely with internal cross functional team including regional sales team, presales team, post service team, commercial team, market communication team and product team, to ensure the customer satisfaction of post service evaluation and the future sustain sales orders placed with the regional sales team upon the customer HQ allocation of the registration.
Qualification Requirements:
? Age: >=30 years. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Engineer, Cooling, Computer, Business, Electronic related.
? Prefer working background in one of the criterial: Cooling / CRAC, Data Center / IDC, Monitor, Power, IT SW / HW solutions / services, B2B Enterprise market, Telecom Industry.
? Prefer have sales experiences in Key (major/large) account and withConsultative strategic value based selling mindset.
? >=5 years working experiences and successful proven projects track records in the above related fields.
? Understand the target market insights, major players and competition landscape, familiar with Data Center Infrastructure environment, customer decision making process, HQ centralization bidding purchasing cycle.
? Possess active solid business value relationship with cross functional dept. and across levels in the assigned accounts.
? Good communication and interpersonalskills. Ability to work independently and with team work spirit.
? Result orientation. Good at business planning, reporting and project forecasts.
? High sense of work responsibility. Proactively work and hardworking. Persistent and able to work under pressure.
? Willing to take new challenge, proven “Hunter“. Mature and Fast learner. Familiar with MS office tools.
? Good English reading & writing skills at daily email communication level.
? Able to travel frequently.
