职位描述
工作内容：
1. 充分理解产品品牌及市场状况，确定产品销售定位及方向，做出销售预测，提出未来市场的分析、发展方向和规划，制定品牌及产品销营销企划策略、市场推广计划。
2. 对产品的目标消费者购买心理和行为进行调查， 对竞争品牌产品的性能、价格、促销手段等进行收集、整理和分析，对竞争品牌广告策略、竞争手段进行分析。
3. 与顾问公司充分沟通规划制定新品上市活动及各阶段实施目标
4. 与顾问公司充分沟通策划及组织促销活动，负责产销的协调工作。
5. 与顾问公司充分沟通制定及实施市场广告推广活动和公关活动，并合理挑选及管理广告媒体和广告代理商，完成产品推广计划，并严格把控项目质量和进度。
任职要求：
1. 五年以上市场部工作经验，本科及以上学历，形象气质俱佳，有很强的亲和力；
2. 具备良好的沟通合作技巧及热情认真的工作态度；
3、具有强大的线上、线下市场推广操作执行经验。
4. 有电商工作经验，非常熟悉电商销售平台。
5. 英语说些流利
