1： 能应用ERP系统生成采购计划，下达采购订单，并进行确认，跟踪订单的履行
2： 能按照销售预测制定采购计划，下达采购订单，并进行确认，跟踪订单的履行
3： 协助进行安全库存的设置
4： 协助进行不合格品的处置，质量改善的跟踪
5： 协助进行相关采购部报告的数据，资料的准备，物料的系统编号
6： 应付款项的申请以及相关发票的整理
7： 协助进行零部件的采购，供应商筛选，成本分析
8： 其他采购部日常工作

采购助理要求
1：本科或专科学历，理工科背景尤佳
2：女性尤佳
3：熟悉ERP系统
4：三年以上采购或生产计划工作经验
