岗位职责：

Submission process



1. Receiving from Portfolio Team the projects allocated to the country and set up the kick-off meeting with all related stakeholders including country, region and global

2. Ensuring that there is a Project Plan for each new project, describing all the necessary activities, responsibilities and timelines (MS project), including technical Transfers to the local SANDOZ production site where appropriate

3. Supporting the team to identify information, resources and materials necessary to integrate and optimize the projects

4. Acting as coordinator and point of contact for country, region and global functions

5. Ensuring that the different areas involved with the projects are in line with the objectives and timelines (locally, regionally and globally)

6. Developing tools for sharing the relevant information about each projects, as well as timelines, accomplishments, next steps, recommendations and decisions etc.

7. Budget control of each project



Launch readiness



1. Ensuring that new products are launched in accordance to the targeted dates

2. Ensuring that there is a launch Project Plan for each new project, describing all the necessary activities, responsibilities and timelines (MS Project)

3. Coordinating the launch activities and statuses with TechOps (ZhongShan plant if for local tech transfer) and Commercial Teams

4. Supporting the team to identify information, resources, materials necessary integrate and optimize the teams

5. Compiling the key information of each project and coordinate the Launch Readiness meeting with local and regional teams

6. Coordinating the financial feasibility analysis of each project with BPA

7. Developing tools for sharing the relevant information about each projects, as well as timelines, accomplishments, next steps, recommendations and decisions, etc.

8. Budget control of each project

任职要求：

Minimum Education: University degree in scientific subjects

Desirable Education: Advanced degree (PhD, MS) in scientific subjects

Languages: Fluent in Mandarin & English (written, spoken)



Experience:



§ 5 – 10 years of professional experience within Pharmaceutical industry

§ Significant DRA/Clinical Development experience required (DRA manager or Leader in relevant project management team)

§ Proven track record in project management

§ Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

§ Desirable with experience in the pharmaceutical sales & marketing

§ Significant knowledge of all key customers, including SFDA, CDE, local drug bureau, KOLs etc.

§ Crisp, clear and compelling communication

§ Strong leadership and influencing skills across geographies and culture differences

§ Proven ability to lead, set direction, align, engage, coach and motivate colleagues

§ Knowledge of organizational dynamics in Novartis and Sandoz is desirable
