岗位职责：

¨ Portfolio management

· Support the team in developing the Mid to long term Portfolio Strategic Plan

· Engage in portfolio analysis process to identify market opportunity and formulate forecasting to maximize growth in China by evaluating product, TA and channel potentials

· Maintain and update portfolio/project related documents, tracker and tool for both in-market and pipeline products

¨ Market Intelligence

· To act as the super user of IMS database in local, to support local team regarding to IMS CHPA data maintenance, update and analysis. Provide IMS data analysis for individual product as request

· Competitors’ registration, BE/CT status follow-up, and closely monitor the new approval from key authority such as FDA, EMA, CFDA.

· Provide business analysis support of sales, market share, portfolio transformation and market dynamics per request.

任职要求：

Education : Bachelor degree or above in health related, medical or pharmaceutical science is preferred.

Languages: Excellent oral and written English



Experience



§ At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry, experience in multinational pharma is desire

§ Experience in sales or marketing analysis, familiar with IMS database is desired

§ Good knowledge of local pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of registration is plus

§ Optimistic and easy going
