Responsibilities:
1. Plan the local market oriented product portfolio of our SPD (Surge Protection Device) products for short-term, mid-term and long-term strategy.
2. Create local market and customer oriented PRM (Product Road Map) for SPD products
3. Set up local PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process for SPD products
4. Structured and target-oriented market- and competitor analysis
5. Plan and manage the SPD product development and localization projects as project manager. Make sure the projects are progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards
6. Set up the price strategy together with sales department for the SPD products developed in China
7. Responsible for product related document e.g. product specifications, datasheets, installation instructions
8. Support sales and marketing activities e.g. customer visit, exhibition, etc..
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of work experience in related fields. Practical experience in R&D or product management is preferred
2. Bachelor or equivalent education background, major in lightning protection or electrical engineering is preferred
3. Solid knowledge in SPD design and practical experience in SPD application
4. Be good at English, CET-6 is required, German language is a plus
5. Good understanding and learning ability;
6. Good communication skill
