冷作学徒:
1. 严格按照冷作工艺及图纸生产加工，保证本道工序质量，不合格不流入下道工序。
2. 正确使用焊机设备、冷作相关的工装夹具。
要求：
1. 初中以上文化。
2. 对冷作工种业务知识感兴趣。
3. 能吃苦耐劳，头脑灵活，勤奋好学。
4. 服从安排，能够严格遵守公司各项规章制度，不折不扣完成车间的任务。
5. 口齿清楚，普通话标准。
6. 体格强健，能适应适当强度的体力活动。
