岗位职责：
1.Independently conducting consulting projects
2.Conducting dedicated training events with the Staufen Lean Academy
3.Preparation, composition and delivery of Staufen workshop documentation
4.Supporting the business development team for growth and knowledge management
5.Coaching and promotion of Lean Thinking for our clients team and management
6.Detailed knowledge of the Toyota Production System, Lean transformation and the facilitation of workshops is a must
7.Understanding of product development processes and related methods and tools
8.Familiar with process analysis and process design, analysis of organizational structures and set-up of process-oriented organisation structures, Project Management in multi-project areas, 9.Design-to-Lean and Management and Leadership processes
10.Knowledge of methods like Value Engineering/Value Analysis (VA/VE), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), A3 Structured Problem Solving, Modularization and Variant Management are a plus
11.Effective project management skills and ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations

岗位要求：
1.At least 5 - 10 years working experience in industry or consulting, thereof:
2.3 years of experience in implementing Lean, especially in R&D or other administrative areas
minimum of 2 years management experience
3.Experience in multinational consulting company preferred
4.International experience will be a plus
5.Able to teach, manage and instruct project team members
6.Motivating leadership personality
7.Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills
8.Fluent in Mandarin and English – oral and written
9.German language skills are a plus
