GENERAL FUNCTION

The IT Coordinator will be based in Shanghai, with the primary objective of providing oversight and guidance of the development and maintenance of local IT systems, supporting local business, in coordination with Group IT organization.

The IT Coordinator will be responsible for :

Looking after local information technology aspects, i.e. application as well as infrastructure
Managing local IT external partners and vendors, local Network and Hardware (PC, printing, phones, etc.)
Working with Sunglass Hut brand leaders to gather and prioritize market requirements
Act as a System Analyst to collect business requirement in the contest of the ERP systems and stores applications
Grant adequate IT service levels to local business users according to their needs
Provide support to store users (POS application, system software and hardware)
Coordinate installation and configuration of new and replacement POS systems
Manage local IT budget / costs working closely to local Management and Group IT

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Good leadership, communication and organizational skills
Well-motivated, well-organized, hard-working individual capable to administer an estate of 60+ stores
Good general technical background


SPECIFICATIONS – EXPERIENCE

3-5 years in Information Systems/Business related experience
Project Management experience
Knowledge of SAP

SPECIFICATIONS – EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Good oral and written English language skills
