职位描述
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the System Development Manager directly and assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of computer systems and programs. This specific job is primarily related to the development and support of systems related to Business Process Workflow / Collaboration / Knowledge Database Management. The candidate’s role will be to implement and maintain Business Process Workflow & Collaboration & Knowledge Database Management systems for Kohler K&B China. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in either information technology, Business Process Workflow / Collaboration / Knowledge Database Management. The ideal candidate will have IT experience in addition to applicable business experience. The incumbent shall also work closely with user departmental personnel as and when required t determine and provide systems solution.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
-To develop detail system and program specifications. Develop system and program documentation and user procedures. Write programs (For example, VB/VBA/.Net/Java) as and when required.
-To prepare test data and perform system and program testing and then perform system and program implementation, review and modification.
-To investigate and research systems and programs to determine causes of failure or poor operational performance; then to define, test and implement detailed solutions.
-To provide inputs and support to project/work review meeting and management presentation including design review, project scheduling, test plan, system and program tactics and methods, systems controls, user procedures, documentation and system implementation plan.
-To learn and comply with the company's systems development standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities and schedules.
-To provide positive contributions as a team member of systems projects. Learn to develop practical systems and programs that can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's business/functions within the prescribed budget and targeted schedule.
-To provide analysis and counsel to personnel of user developments to analyze their problems and develop solutions as well as to assure efficient and smooth operation of existing systems and programs.
-To provide user training to the personnel of user departments as and when required.
-To develop an understanding of the company's business process and the implication of computers systems on these processes.
-To perform other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the management.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
-Reports to Manager - Business System Management, K&B AP.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-University/college degree holder, must be with emphasis in IT/ Computer related disciplines.
-Minimum of three year's solid systems and programming experience. Having experience in SharePoint or other BPM/ Collaboration / Knowledge Database systems.
-Reasonably good spoken and written English language skills is essential
-With high level of business ethics and integrity is essential.
