Reporting Line汇报关系:
直接上司：高级人力资源经理
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. 根据公司战略和业务发展方向，协助业务部门领导制定人力规划和人才布局规划；
2. 拓展招聘渠道（猎头、定点挖掘等），并对渠道使用情况进行分析；
3. 协助完善部门的招聘流程和招聘体系，根据人力规划完成人员招聘、甄选、面试等工作，对人员招聘到位率、招聘质量结果负责；
4. 做好与候选人的沟通、连接，建立人才储备机制；
5. 熟悉并掌握公司内外各领域薪酬、福利情况；分析高端候选人目前薪酬、福利构成，能够站在候选人及公司双方的角度设计薪酬、福利方案，并与候选人沟通。
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. 本科或以上学历，人力资源或相关专业；
2. 3年以上大型商业地产招聘管理工作经验或者同行业猎头经验。
3. 熟悉商业地产招聘、员工关系模块业务知识，了解人力资源其他模块的运作，熟悉国家人事劳动法规，熟悉房地产行业人力资源特点。
