JOB PURPOSE:
To provide retail team with first-class learning experience and continuous coaching/feedback so that they can deliver an innovative, world-class customer experience that positions service as a distinctive assets of the Burberry brand.


JOB SCOPE:
1. To assist retail team to identify training and development needs in the company
- Understand company business goals and people requirement by communicating with key stakeholders.
- Identify training needs through all possible channels such as sales/merchandising/mystery shopper reports, shop visit, and etc.

2. To facilitate training courses and improve the effectiveness of training
- Manage all logistics of training such as training notice, room set-up, material preparation, employee travel and accommodation.
- Facilitate core training courses such as new employee orientation, seasonal product training, Burberry Experience training and on-site coaching.
- Conduct after-training evaluation and field coaching (travel to shops).
- Make and implement training follow-up plan to support employees to transfer the knowledge and skill they learnt at classroom to right behaviours in the workplace.

3. To improve store productivity effectively by monthly store visit
- Understand store business/product/people needs
- Review Burberry Experience Evaluation report, observe in-store service and check the action plan implementation
- Provide coaching and feedback to in-store product knowledge specialist in product training skills and follow-up
- Provide coaching and feedback to store manager in leadership skills development
- Make store visit report and check the implementation of action plan made by store manager
- Provide quarterly leadership scorecard evaluation to store manager and regional manager

4. Be responsible for other retail related tasks


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
？ 3-5 years experience working in retail training function
？ Retail selling or field coaching experience is preferred
？ Professional facilitation skill is required
？ Proficient in excel, word and powerpoint
？ Must have good personal organisation and strong administration skills
？ Strong communication skills
？ Proficient in English and Chinese translation
？ Be able to travel frequently every month
