1. Job functions

To assist Key account manager -BBCS channel in managing and developing business of the direct BBCS and to help achieve sales and profit target set by the company.

2. Duties and Areas of Responsibilities

l To develop annual direct BBCS plans and strategies for the assigned customers to drive category share increase and achieve the set target.

l To coordinate with headquarter and regional Sales/MKT in the management and development of BBCS business.

l To negotiate and conclude annual contract with customers with the best possible terms.

l To monitor and feedback on the development trends of all designated customers as well as competitive intelligence.

l To conduct regular business review meeting with all direct customer allocated.

l To help develop and introduce latest skills in Key Accounts Management, including Shelf Management, Category Management, Supply Chain Management, and so on.

l Development of key accounts sales target and sales budget & budget setting.

l Development of Direct BBCS accounts promotional activities.

l Monitor and ensure the most effective use of Direct BBCS accounts Trade Support and A&P budget.

3. Key Results Areas

l Sales target and category share in assigned Key customers

l Set up strategic relationship with direct BBCS accounts through data sharing and target MKT program.

l Timely delivery of business analyses and reviews with key accounts.

4. Minimum Requirement of Incumbent :

Education: University graduate

Experience:

l At least 3 years of experience on key accounts management position.

Special Knowledge & skill:

l Speak fluent English with computer proficiency in MS Office.

l Good analytical and communication skills are essential.

l Good inter-personal skills and negotiations skills are also necessary.
