PURPOSE:

This position performs daily accounting processes, mainly in P2P - Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable) cycle; oversees the end to end P2P process, including the activities handled by outsourced accounting service provider.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Process daily accounts payable activities for overseas and domestic transactions, e.g. invoice scanning, verification and posting, rush payment execution, 3rd/Interco vendor statement reconciliation, etc.

2. Process bank payment activities, e.g. manual processing, bank account reconciliation, physical cash handling, bank account administration etc.

3. GR/IR reconciliation, clearing & follow up

4. Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation related with AP, and ensure proper follow-up

5. Assist Infosys in completion of AP process

6. Assist P2P team leader and unit leader to resolve issues related with AP process

7. Monitor KPI results to meet the commitment of Service Level Agreement, including the quality of service delivered by external party (Infosys)

8. Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of Accounts Payable process across various entities

9. Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with corporate requirements

10. Support global & regional projects & initiatives in AP process

11. Other related finance and accounting activities or ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor degree in finance & accounting or equivalent

·More than 5 years of relevant experience in MNCs

·1-2 years of supervisor experience would be a plus

·Proven strength in P2P process, setting up principles and processes, preferred to be in MNCs

·Knowledge of legal and fiscal requirements

·Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders

·Good command of English, both oral and written

·Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

·Good PC skills, especially EXCEL

·LEAN & 6 Sigma knowledge/certification is a plus

·Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
