Key Areas of Responsibility：

1. Responsible for the design, realization and test of a system, component or module; understands and communicates consequences of his/her design on the architecture.

2. Designs on the basis of design specifications in accordance with the functional specifications.

3. Ensures that there is proper documentation for the developed software (Technical Product Documentation).

4. Combines newly developed, existing and/or purchased components.

5. Solves PR’s and CR’s (Problem Reports and Change Requests).

6. Draws up personal schedule and reports on progress.

7. Performs work in line with the processes that have been agreed in the department.

8. Is responsible for input in the planning process.

9. Responsible for organizing reviews with experts (including peer reviews).

10. Constructive contribution to project team and department.

11. Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field through study of the literature and technical contacts.

12. Spot and communicate relevant funded work and other business opportunities.

13. Shared responsibility for the competence development of the group/development. Responsible for coaching of (junior) colleagues and project team members.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Education: A recognized Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or relative discipline;

• Experience:

o >10 years experiences on software product development.

o >3 years experiences on mobile app development.

• Competency and Skills:

o Strong architectural and design pattern skills.

o Professional development skills on C/C++, Java, ObjectiveC.

o Experience with building native mobile apps (Android, IOS).

o Experience with Java Presentation Framework (Struts, JSF).

o Experience with building native-feel HTML5/Hybrid mobile apps (Android, IOS)

o Experience with client side web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JS, Ajax, etc.)

o Knowledge and experience of the entire application stack, from mobile app, web app, application logic and DB.

o Experience with source control system.

o Good communication skills, both Chinese and English.

o Ability to write precise technical document.
