Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

1. Accounting
? Manage the Accounts Payable processing.
? Interface with eShop to ensure all GR and IR are recorded.
? Interface with eTravel to make sure all claims and advances are posted to SAP.
? Verify VAT invoices via tax system.
? Run and analyse GR/IR and AP aging report
? Perform automatic and manual clearing of GR/IR and AP account.
? The assigned area of responsibility is dependent on the company needs and can be changed as needed. The area of responsibility shall be rotated on a regular base to enable all FRA specialists to become each other backup as well as to facilitate the development of the finance function in general.
? Act as deputy for at least on other FRA specialist

2. Controls
? Assist FRA Manager to:
o Set and verify the internal controls of the Finance function, ensuring compliance and audit ability with Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and internal company guidelines.
o Control and verify the compliance with the company’s signature authorisation regulations, both manual and system based.
o To complete the monthly reporting in FCRS

3. Statutory Compliance
? Ensure the Company and its systems meet all regulatory and statutory requirements, like PRC Accounting Guidelines, SAFE Regulations, Tax Legislation.

4. Finance Operating Procedures
? Ensure that all Finance procedures are strictly adhered to within the Company jointly with the FRA Manager.
? Regular review and update of finance procedures.


Experience: Chinese and English essential

? At least five years experience in financial ledgers
? Ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, customers and cross function associates.
? Technical understanding of VAT and Local / State Tax legislation and guidelines.
? Strong organizational ability and results driven.
