Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)

Conduct transactional buying for the organization in line with sourcing policies and procedures. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

1. In charge of the daily purchasing case for the corporate spending catego-ry, details as below

？ Construction(rental fee), Facility, Maintenance

？ Buildings and Land

？ Professional Services

？ Contingent Labour

？ Office supplies and equipment

？ Car rental

2. Receive the Purchasing request and description from internal customer and send RFP/RFQ to the supplier within the preferred vendor pool

3. Hold the bid process, invite the sourcing team join if the volume over the threshold

4. Issue the PO in the system with check to the supporting documents, e.g. ACC/ MCC,

5. Send PO to supplier and get a reply if required

6. Report the performance of supplier to sourcing team (repetitive problems, corrective actions)

7. Keep the high efficiency work, insure the whole transaction operation process within the lead time

8. Support the regional purchasing

9. Good’s receipt until Barware will be implemented(June 1’st)

10. Maintain the transaction database

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)

Education: University degree

Languages: Mandarin, English preferable

Experience: Minimum 2 years transactional sourcing experience in multinational company

Knowledge in Category Management an advantage
