Position Purpose:
？ Product development as market requirement;
？ Modifies and optimizes current product;
？ Alternative of raw material.

Responsibilities:
？ Provide product development as market requirement.
？ Modifies and optimizes company products in cost, quality or supply.
？ Provide support for Raw Material evaluations.
？ Complete the assigned projects according to the requirements in time and technical communication with sales and customers.
？ Plant support for trouble shooting and customer complaint.
？ Product application exploration for more fields.

Requirements:
？ 熟悉水性涂料、色浆或涂料添加剂类产品的研发工作
？ Bachelor degrees of Chemical engineering or related subjects, or above.
？ Experience with coating industry development work is required, decorative paint experience or additive experience is preferred.
？ Familiar with Microsoft office tools.
？ Quick learner with independent characteristic, open minded, team spirit and good communication skills.
