职位描述
Sales Manager, Hotel BU
Duty
1.Follow the company strategy, make own area sales development plan, make the monthly and quarterly forecast accuracy in line with the sales policy
2.Establish the distribution network in the area, develop the qualified distributors, maintenance the relationship with the current distributors.
3.Establish a strong personal relationship with the corporate offices of the local hotel chains, local owners in the area
4.Make sure we are full aware of the hotel opening project, and make sure our products are specified and ordered by the hotels.
5.Establish a comprehensive and thorough database of distributors, corporate office of the hotels, local owners.
6.Responsible for the products complain from the distributors and hotels, handle it in the proper way
7.Collecting the marketing intelligence in the area, report competitors activities (Pricing, collections, new product launching etc.)
8.Help and work with marketing team to attend exhibitions, hotel summit.
9.Training the distributors and hotels regular.
Request:
1.Trading or Marketing major, college degree or above.
2.3 years working experience as sales, and at least 2 years in hospitality and hotel product industries. Familiar with hotel products business model.
3.High ability in communication, negotiation, and the market insight. good team member. Can work under high pressure
4.Good at Speaking and writing in English.
