Main Responsibility :
? Administrative support:
- Secure program venues and coordinate all relevant logistics. Includes program supplies, materials, and vendors within expected schedules and budgets.
- Ensure all program logistics are on track and timely implementation according to the schedule. This includes: pre-, post- program and onsite support
- All program effectiveness tracking, analysis, reporting and follow-up
- Coordinate product/technical/Sales training with business .
- Administrative support for E-learning systems,e-related administration support
- Keep and maintains training database

? Policy & Process
- According to requirement update the training policies and procedures,process; Implement the training policies,procedures and process in order to creat and maintain a standard,reasonable training and development process

? Resources Management :
- Localize training materials with external vendor, by translating from English to Chinese.
- Select,maintain and manage external vendors.
- Maintain internal trainers team , leverage the recourses to ensure the high quality of the training course delivery.
- Develop & deliver the induction training program with related new enter staff

? Project Support:
- Participate and support large training projects in order to ensure smooth project implementation
- Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager.
Prerequisites
? University degree level education as a minimum requirement, with majors in Management or Human resource preferable
? At least 3 years’ experience on training.
? Capability or potential of training course delivery
? Excellent oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English
? High level interpersonal and analytical skills
? Team player, with proven leadership skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
