Position: AP Accountant

Reporting Line: Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:

This Position will support Accounting Supervisor in the following financial operations:

- Prepare and post AP relevant entries to system on a timely, accurate and complete basis.

- Perform AP balances reconciliation with all vendors, including inter-company and external suppliers.

- Complete and support for all kinds of AP related reporting, such as weekly AP aging report and monthly cash flow report and cash forecast report etc.

- Prepare Foreign Currency denominated payments document for all imports (stock and non-stock), and expenses (overseas settlement) in accordance with China FX Control Regulations.

- Process invoices settlement in accounting system.

- Check bank ending balance on a month basis and perpare Bank Reconciliation sheets.

- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance from major reputable university; Undergoing China CPA or ACCA exams or equivalent, targeting completion within next 2 years.

2. At least 2 ~ 3 working years in finance or accounting field including at least 1 year experience related to AP, working in retail, wholesale/trading, or FMCG is preferred.

3. Good skill at MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP experience is strongly preferred

4. Good English and communication skill, team worker
