Responsibilities:

？ Plays the key role in carrying out Plumbing & Drainage / Fire service design with the team.

？ High-quality finish design, tender management of Plumbing & Drainage team.

？ Serves as a technical expert of plumbing and fire system in building engineering.

？ Preparation of design criteria and specification

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree in Building Services, Plumbing and Fire System, Master degree is preferred.

？ 5 years post-graduation experience in design and building services management.

？ Registered / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution preferred.

？ Solid technical knowledge of P&D discipline.

？ Broad experience in design of various building types

？ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high sense of responsibility.

？ Excellent verbal/written both in Chinese and English.

Location: Shenzhen, Mainland China

？ 高质量完成项目给排水设计及招标管理工作

？ 为建筑工程团队之给排水系统提供专业咨询服务

？ 编写给排水与消防水系统的技术规格与设计说明

职位要求:

？ 建筑设备、给排水、消防专业本科学历，硕士优先；

？ 五年以上设计和建筑设备管理经验；

？ 具备专业机构颁发的注册或特许工程师资质

？ 相关学科技术知识扎实；

？ 具有设计不同建筑类型的丰富经验；

？ 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，责任心强；

？ 优秀的中英文会话和书面表达能力。
