Planning and Management

¨ Manage HQ and Regional space planners according to store targets and opening KPIs

¨ Work closely with BD, Finance/Purchasing and Stakeholders to control working budget (CAPEX and OPEX)

¨ Work closely with the Franchised retail and O&O retail BD team to manage the retail opening process, with additional focus on process improvement and cost efficiency

¨ Work with Space Planners on key retail projects(e.g. Flagship and Key Stores)

· Drive retail format upgrades based on global and regional guidelines and potentially retail format development based on local business needs

People Management

¨ Provide systematic coaching, yearly goal-setting and evaluation, and individual development planning

Apply communication and management tools to improve team productivity

Requests,

¨ At least 4 to 5 years retail development management experience with a global consumer goods or retail brand

¨ Good understanding of retail business

¨ College or university degree or above

¨ Strong skill on project management, retail development management, interior design and retail construction experience

¨ Visual Merchandising skill is a plus

¨ Excellent planning and organizational skills

¨ Excellent communication skills- includes influencing and negotiation skills

¨ Demonstrates flexibility and initiative with minimal direction

¨ Leadership abilities

¨ Team management skills

¨ Takes initiative, organized and results oriented

¨ Works on problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Strong PC skill, fluent in Microsoft office and Photoshop, AutoCAD
