Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: HQ Marketing Brand Mgt. Team locate in Guangzhou
Reporting to: SBM
Main Purpose of Position:
? Drive the development and execution of marketing bundles and brand/category plans to create and convert consumer interest to purchase
? Achieve business results through executional excellence and leadership of the commercial team
Responsibilities:
? Drive the development and execution of marketing bundles and brand plans to create and convert consumer interest to purchase
? Implement category strategies based on consumer/shopper insights, competitive threats and brand issues and opportunities
? Achieve business results through executional excellence and leadership of the commercial team
? Support to build and defend market share with plans aligned to long-term category/brand strategy
? Applies understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to adapt the global bundle while sustaining the global strategy and product message
? Partners with cross functional colleagues to ensure MKT activities are executed according to strategy and are supported by investments in promotions and advertising
Working Experience
? 3 to 5 years brand management experience,
? FMCG brand management experience is a plus
Education
? Bachelor & above, MBA is a plus
General Skills Requirements
? Good English in speaking, writing, reading and listening
? Good application in Microsoft eg: Excel, Powerpoint, etc
