RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop & Provide the Demand Plan Forecast
2. Manage & Maintain Forecast Models and Tools
3. Conduct / Own Consensus Process
4. Manage the Development of the Monthly Forecasts
5. Develop and Maintain Tools & Analytics
6. Develop and Manage Input Data

EDUCATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:

• BA/BS strongly preferred
• 3 years of experience with consumer products companies in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, or other demand management related functions.
• 2 years of direct Demand Management experience in a consumer products company.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Mature with high degree of initiative and able to work under pressure independently
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiar with Manugistics, or other Demand Planning tools related
