Job Description

1.Be accountable to achieve and exceed an annual sales objectives representing sales turnover, product quantity and account receivable from assigned area

2.Individual sales plan preparation per quota and implementation accordingly

3.Conducts sales calls on the existing and potential customers efficiently and effectively, to reach company requirement of weekly visit numbers

4.Develops the new customer and sales network within assigned territory, cooperate with company channel partners whenever it is necessary

5.Customer / industry / market needs analysis, reports to supervisor, as well as competitor status

6.Establishing / maintaining of good and professional customer relationships

7.Collects AR, monitors the customer’s credit condition and to avoid the bad debts

8.Submits records and reports on all sales activities per company policy, use CRM and project funnel proactively with high quality

9.Provides input for the development of annual budget and sales forecast regularly

10.Push standard product sales ratio up

11.As interface between the customer and the company, maintain the customer satisfaction in a high level

12.Participate training organized by company, while learn aggressively from work by self

13.Other tasks may be assigned

Qualifications

1.education background:

bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical / electrical design, mechanical / electrical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, architectural environment & equipment engineering

2.working experience:

a)3 years technical sales working experience

b)worked for multinational company is preferred

3.language and computer skills:

a)native Chinese mandarin, fluent in English both oral & written is preferred

b)familiar with and experienced in using of Microsoft Office, e.g. word, excel, power point and Lotus Notes

4. other requirements:

a)integrity, mature, team working, good interpersonal communication and presenting skill

b)customer orientated, result driven, self motivated and high sense of responsibility

c)able to work under pressure

d) frequent business trips in responsible area is required, (in case of big geographical area)
