? Participate in the development and execution of the company E-Commerce strategy and develop budget plan to achieve company goals;
? Develop and enhance online brands awareness with product promotion or other related sales program
? Linking E-Commerce channel insights, business digital efforts/needs together with the strategy to drive sustained growth plan across all strategic categories and brands;
? Explore and maintain new e-commerce channels, such as mobile interaction, online membership promotion etc.
? Work with different teams and departments to implement the strategy and plans for on-line stores, monitor and evaluate performance and to deliver business result;
? Close alignment with global operation team, to update the web page of Fossil brand in China, also enhance and encourage the purchase on platform of e commence.
? Participate in CRM and digital strategy development for different digital consumer and negotiate contract with.
? Analyse results and develop improvement plans
? Other tasks assigned by manager
? Work on all E-Commerce site other than self-run site,T-mall, Amazon, etc
