Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Asia Pacific region's electronic manufacturing quality system management.
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality system that attain company goals and objectives and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide management and leadership to company’s quality and business efforts.
- Integrate quality department, quality system, and technologies into the organization to achieve the best possible quality effort possible at the least possible total cost in the long-term.
- Supervise the head quarter’s quality management team that including the positions of quality, engineers, technicians, inspectors, etc.
- Interface with functions in the manufactories in AP region, such as Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inside and Outside Sales. Interface with outside customers and suppliers on quality concerns.
- Set and enforce quality standards, with the support from AP and Global management teams.
- Contribute to the development of method to operation efficiency.
- Maintain and update the Quality system qualification and compliance for locations, with the support from global quality teams.
- Coordinate quality system audit - both internal and external, and take effective corrective action accordingly.
- Reports and analyze monthly quality performance.
- Communicate quality concerns with internal functions, external customers, and sister divisions in US and in Europe.
- Train engineers, operators, inspectors on Quality/Lean.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in related Engineering or Technology field and over 10 years of related experience required.
- Experience in ISO 9001, QS-9000, TS 16949 and other related quality system; qualified auditor license is a plus.
- Experienced in the management tools, such as TPM, Kaizen, KVP, ODR, Six Sigma , 5S, FMEA, Lean, etc.
- Good leadership and management skills, good communication and coordination ability, good team work. Good learning ability and adaptability.
- Good written and spoken English
